"Neo Gemini"

So far as is known, Gemini did not record officially since 1987's Geminism.  One non-album cut had appeared on a 1985 maxi as a bonus track, the wonderful Copy Love. Its a good lead vocal by Anders as a middle class suitor whose lady is falling for more moneyed man, supported by Benny's insistent synthesizer.  A class-based lyric emerging from a lyricist raised in a country which has aspired to eliminate class distinction.  Listen on it for the standout lyric:

Nearly a decade later, Anders included Äntligen on his Boogie i Mitt Huvud album.  He explicitly credits this as a Gemini performance.  It is an intriguing revelation.  Under what circumstances had Benny, Björn, and Anders (as producers) elected to record in Swedish?  Were other Swedish songs (not counting Mio min Mio) recorded for potential album release?

Anders was a co-producer during the production of both Gemini albums.  For those who regret the end of Gemini, and the loss of its sound, there is good news.  In subsequent solo recordings, Anders produced several tracks which nearly provide the satisfactions of a Gemini recording.  Karin is there, and the flair is there.  I commend the following to Gemini fans everywhere:

In the album:  Jag Finns Här För Dig:

In the album: 99     In the album: Boogie I Mit Huvud     That's almost another whole album's worth, isn't it?
