The DeVilbiss team mounted a TR-3500 finishing robot on an XYZ positioning table. And interfaced them both to a rotator. The table extended the robot's reach while the rotator automatically turned the antenna during the spray cycle.
Finishing time was reduced by half with much better finish quality. It was big problem cut down to size by a DeVilbiss automation system.
